摘要
根据压铸机肘杆机构的运动和力学特性,推导出考虑摩擦时,肘杆机构锁模力的相关计算公式。分析和试验结果表明:在压铸机肘杆机构锁模过程中,锁模油缸压力随着行程增加,增力比也随着行程增大,而且比压力增加更快。油缸压力最大值处对应的增力比,就是需要的增力比。
According to the motion and mechanical characteristics of the elbow-bar mechanism of die-casting machine,the formula of the elbow-bar clamping force was derived considering friction.Analysis and experimental results show that in locked mode,pressure in the clamping hydraulic cylinder is increasing with clamping stroke increasing,ratio of force enlarging is increasing too but faster than pressure.When clamping pressure become maximum,the ratio of force enlarging is suitable.
