外取热器是催化裂化装置中保持反应器、再生器热平衡的主要设备。通过工艺计算确定了外取热器直径、取热管面积,并对其结构进行设计和材料选取。
External cooler is main equipment for keeping thermal balance of reactor and regenerator in catalytic cracking unit. This article determines the diameter of external cooler and area of heat removing tube by process calculations, and describes structure design and material selection of external cooler.
