球形芽孢杆菌漂浮颗粒剂毒杀蚊幼效能评价 被引量:1

摘要 球形芽孢杆菌漂浮颗粒剂,主要由漂浮载体(聚氯乙烯泡沫粉)、粘附剂(榆树粉)和B.s-C_3-41(发酵液)按2∶4∶1(5ml)比例加聚乙烯醇制成。实验结果表明,制剂对致乏库蚊幼虫有较高效的毒效,B.s-C_3-41颗粒剂对Ⅲ龄致乏库蚊幼虫的LC_(90)为0.1473ppm;不同龄期幼虫对B.s制剂敏感性不同,现场试验使用0.5,0.6和0.7g/m^2剂量,处理后48小时致乏库蚊蚊幼密度下降率依次为69%,96%和92%;处理后第8,9,10天幼虫死亡率仍分别维持在97.8%,79%和94%;持效时间为13~15天。 The improvement of floating granular of B. s-C_3-41 has been conducted. Its composition consists of carriers (polyvinyl chloride particulates), adherent substance (elm bank) and B. s-C_3-41 (culture broth ). The compositive floating granular were in the radio of 2: 4: 1 (5ml) with a 10% polyvinylalcohol as chemical adherssion. The results showed that a good efficacy of floating granular against larvae of C. fatigans in the laboratory. It was causing about 90% mortality of C. fatigans larvae at 0.1473 p. p. m. AS to test on the floating granular against different instart larvae of C. fatigans. A high mortality of C. fatigans was occurring on 1-2 instart larvae. The field trial displayed that the floating granular of B. s-C_3-41 has a good efficacy to control larvae population at 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7 gm per square metre. The mortality of C. fatigans at 48 hours post-treatment were 69%, 96% and 92% respectively, and by 8-10 days activity of floating granular in puddle and ditch still producted 97.8%, 97% and 94% respectively. The persistence effect was 13-15 days.
