脓毒症大鼠心功能变化特征及血必净注射液对其影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过超声心动图观察脓毒症大鼠心功能变化特征及血必净注射液对其影响。方法:将78只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(n=6)、假手术组(n=24)、盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)组(n=24)、血必净治疗(XBJ)组(n=24)。假手术组开腹翻动盲肠后关腹,CLP组及XBJ组采用CLP建立脓毒症大鼠模型。假手术组及CLP组于术后2、12、24、36、48、60 h经阴茎背静脉注射生理盐水4 mL/kg,XBJ组于术后2、12、24、36、48、60 h经阴茎背静脉注射血必净注射液4 mL/kg。各组于术后6、24、48、72 h通过超声心动图观察实验大鼠心功能的变化。结果:与正常对照组及假手术组比较,CLP组左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)增大、心率(HR)明显升高(P<0.05),室间隔运动幅度及左室后壁运动幅度有降低趋势,左室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣环舒张期早期峰值速度(Ea)与舒张晚期峰值速度(Aa)比值(Ea/Aa)明显降低(P<0.05)。与CLP组比较,应用血必净注射液后,LVEDD及HR无显著变化,LVEF及Ea/Aa显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症大鼠存在心功能障碍,血必净注射液对脓毒症大鼠心功能有改善作用。 Objective: To investigate the changes of cardiac function in septic rats and the effects from Xuebijing injection by echocardiography.Methods: Seventy-eight male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into normal control group(n=6),sham operation group(n=24),cecal ligation puncture(CLP) group(n=24) and Xuebijing treated(XBJ) group(n=24).In sham group,only open-close abdomen was performed.CLP was performed to induce sepsis in the latter two groups.Animals were treated with Xuebijing injection(4 mL/ kg each) by intravenous injection at 2,12,24,36,48 and 60 hours after operation in XBJ group,while rats in sham operation group and CLP group received normal saline(4 mL/kg each) by intravenous injection.The changes of cardiac function in septic rats were observed by echocardiography at 6,24,48,72 hours after operation.Results: Compared with normal control and sham operation group,LVEDD and HR increased markedly in CLP group(P0.05),while moving amplitude of interventricular septal and left ventricular posterior wall tended to decrease.LVEF and Ea/Aa decreased markedly(P 0.05).Compared with CLP group,no significantly differences were found in LVEDD and HR,while LVEF and Ea/Aa increased markedly in XBJ group(P0.05).Conclusion: There is cardiac dysfunction in septic rats.Xuebijing injection improves cardiac function in septic rats.
