摘要
为探讨烤烟生长及成熟过程中色素类物质代谢规律,以不同生长期烤烟为试验材料,研究了不同肥料处理烤烟色素类物质代谢生理规律。结果表明,不同处理烤烟叶绿素含量在团棵期呈增长趋势,旺长期后各处理均逐渐下降,不同处理类胡萝卜素含量随着成熟过程均呈逐渐下降的趋势。其中30%无机肥+70%烟草专用肥处理的烟叶,生长前期色素含量较高,后期降解较为充分,同时烟叶成熟前期POD保持较高的酶活性,LOX保持较低的酶活性,成熟后期叶绿素酶和LOX保持较高的活性,对充分降解色素有利。
In order to explore the metabolism regularity of plastid pigments in flue-cured tobacco leaves at different growth and mature stages,this paper studied the changes of pigment contents and physiological mechanism in various treatments.The results showed that the chlorophyll content had a rising trend at resettling growth stage,and decreased after the vigorous growing stage.The carotenoid content all showed the declining trend at different mature stages.For the tobacco leaves treated with 30% organic fertilizer plus 70% special chemical fertilizer,their pigment content and POD activity were higher,and LOX activity was lower at the earlier mature stages;while their pigment had a sufficient degradation,and the activities of chlorophyll enzyme and LOX were higher at the latter mature stages.
