摘要
基于环保要求设计合成了无卤阻燃丙烯腈共聚物。热分析表明,醋酸乙烯酯的引入使丙烯腈共聚物的热分解温度有所改变,合适的VAC含量可以使丙烯腈共聚物具有更好的热稳定性。阻燃性能测试表明当丙烯腈共聚物中醋酸乙烯酯单元含量为25%时,由其水解衍生物所制备的阻燃丙烯腈共聚物的极限氧指数值都能达26%以上。
It studied the preparation of nonhalogen-flame retardent/PAN based on the requirements of enviromental protection.Thermal analysis showed that PAN copolymer would be changed because of the VAC.The PAN copolymer had better thermal stability with the appropriate content of VAC.The flame test showed that the LOI of the flame retardent PAN copolymer would be above 26% when VAC unit content was 25% in the copolymer.
