苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症80例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察苯溴马隆对高尿酸血症的疗效。方法 80例高尿酸血症患者随机分为2组,对照组给予饮食控制,治疗组在前者的基础上加用苯溴马隆50mg,qd,治疗8周后观察血尿酸变化。结果治疗组患者血尿酸水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论苯溴马隆对高尿酸血症患者疗效较好。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of benzbromarone on hyperuricemia patients.Methods 80 patients with hyperuricemia were divided into control group and treatment group by randomization.Control group were given alimentary control,treatment group were given benzbromarone 50mg,qd,besides alimentary control.After treatment for 8 weeks,the change of blood uric acid were observed.Results There was significant decrease of blood uric acid level in treatment group compared with blood uric acid level in control group(P〈0.01). ConclusionBenzbromarone can control hyperuricemia effectively
