摘要
制动作为骨科治疗或辅助治疗骨关节疾病和损伤的重要方法在临床上广泛应用,然而,制动也会对所涉及的骨关节结构造成损伤,影响后期功能的恢复。制动所造成的骨与关节结构的损伤包括骨骼肌、韧带、肌腱、关节软骨以及半月板等多方面。制动所致骨关节早期损伤可通过自身重塑来修复,恢复组织原有的形态和功能,但更长时间或者不合理的制动所造成的严重损伤恢复困难,甚至不能完全恢复正常的解剖结构和功能,只能延缓损伤的病理过程,恢复肢体部分功能。
The immobilization is used widely in clinical practice for orthopedic treatment or adjuvant treatment of bone and articular diseases and injuries,however the immobilization will also damage the structure of bone and articular and affect later function recovery.The structure of bone and articular damaged by immobilization includes skeletal muscle,ligament,tendon,articular cartilage and meniscus.The early injuries of bones and joints caused by immobilization will be repaired and the original shape and function of the tissue will restore by itself.But the serious injury caused by longer or unreasonable immobilization will not recover completely,only the pathological process can be slowed down and partial function of the limb can be restored.
