2型糖尿病核因子κB信号通路相关微血管内皮损伤与SUMO化修饰 被引量:2

摘要 NF-κB通路的持续激活在血管的炎性反应和内膜的过度增生中起关键的作用,可能是糖尿病血管内皮细胞损伤及随后的糖尿病血管病变的始动机制之一,2型糖尿病微血管病患者NF-κB相关外周血淋巴细胞DNA氧化损伤及其下游影响因子信号的不同,为2型糖尿病微血管病理变化的早期干预提供依据。SUMO化很可能通过对NF-κB信号通路的复杂性调控,正性调节胰岛素受体信号来阻止糖尿病的发生。 The NF-κB pathway continuous activation plays a key role in blood vessels inflammatory reaction and excessive proliferation of endomembrane,which may be one of the initiating mechanisms of diabetes vascular endothelial cell injury and subsequent diabetic vascular lesions.NF-κB related peripheral blood lymphocyte DNA oxidative damage and different signals of downstream impact factor of type 2 diabetes patients microvascular type 2 diabetes,provides the basis for early intervention of microvascular pathological changes,.It is probably that sumoylation positively regulates insulin receptor signals to prevent diabetes through the complex regulation of NF-κB signal pathway.
