摘要
分析传统以太网技术不能直接应用于工业控制的原因,叙述工业以太网中的关键技术改进策略,并基于模具生产的实际控制需求,提出将工业以太网与现场总线技术相结合的模具自动化生产系统层次架构模型。
This paper analyzes the reasons of that the traditional Ethernet technology can not directly applied to the industrial con- trol, described the key technology of industrial Ethernet improvement strategies, and based on the actual needs of the moulds pro- duction control, puts forward the industry of Ethernet and fieldbus technology combined with the structure model of the integrated automatic production system level of the mould.
