摘要
目的:探讨锌缺乏对生长期大鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:wistar大鼠刚断乳雄性60只,分为:A组进食正常饲料,B组为缺锌组。4周后分别向鼻腔注射12×109/mL的肺炎球菌的悬浮液感染后观察记录大鼠症状,第7天,取血样分别测锌含量和血培养,在无菌环境下打开喉咙和胸部,在咽上部喉侧切口并注入无菌磷酸盐缓冲液,收集缓冲液做咽拭子培养。结果:缺锌组体重及血锌明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),血培养及气管灌洗液检出病原菌比例明显高于正常对照组。结论:缺锌可使机体免疫功能降低,对外界感染抵抗能力下降。
Objective: To exam the impact of zinc deficiency on rat immune system during growth period.Methods:A total of 60 Wistar rats after ablactation are divided into two groups: Group A is normally fed,while group B is fed with zinc deficient food.Four weeks later we injected the suspension of streptococcus pneumoniae(with a concentration of 12×109 pneumococcus per milliliter) into their nasal cavity,then recorded rats'symptom of infection.On the seventh day after infection,we collected blood samples to test zinc concentration and make blood cultures.We cut open the throat and chest of the rats in sterile environment,cut the upper side of throat and injected sterile phosphate buffer solution,then collected buffer solution for making throat swab cultures.Results:The body weight and zinc concentration of blood in the zinc deficiency group were significantly(P0.05) lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of the pathogenic bacteria tested from blood cultures and bronchial lavage fluids in the zinc deficiency group was also significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusions:Zinc deficiency can result in lower immunity of rats and reduce rats' infection resistance.
