摘要 介绍了西门子推出的新一代运动控制平台SIMOTION的特点及其应用,分析了一种新型深孔钻机床的工艺和控制要求,提出了采用ProfiBus-DP的通信方式将所有主从站级联在一起形成网络,实现机床全集成自动化;分析了机床各加工阶段VS关系,计算出最优安全加工时间,在避免了刀具之间相互干涉的前提下,利用数学建模得到了最优加工时间。在整条生产线上的工作表现证明,在提高机床安全性能的同时极大地提高了整个工厂生产线的效率,节约了工厂成本,并增强了企业竞争力。 This paper introduced the characteristics and application of SIMOTION which is a newly lanched motion control platform by Siemens. It analysis the production process and control requirements of a new Deep-hole Drills machine, and proposed a total intergrated solution based on Siemens ProfiBus-DP protocol. Furthermore, it analysis machine V-S relationship in every processing segments then gives optimized processing time for security processing. In the premise of avoid interference between the tools, a mathematical model is applied to obtain the optimized processing time. During the producing, the performance after optimization is proved to have achieved significant improvement in both security and efficiency. The total cost of the production is greatly reduced and it results to higher competitiveness of enterprises.
