摘要
本文针对某航空发动机压气机转子叶片高速加工中,由于进、排气边处曲率变化剧烈而引起的啃刀、表面质量差等缺陷,采取相应的技术手段和措施,避免进、排气边处的加工质量问题,从而解决了此类叶片加工的难点。
In view ture of the air in of limitation such as gnaw knife and poor surface quality caused by the variation of curvatake and venthole during the high-speed procession of air compressefs rotor blades in an aero engine, relevant technical means and measures are taken to avoid the quality problem at the air intake and the venthole, so as to solve the aporia in the procession of such blades.
