摘要
深入剖析了《社会保险法》关于农民工社会保险的主要突破,指出《社会保险法》的颁布实施,对于切实解决农民工的社会保险问题,更好地维护农民工参加社会保险和享受社会保险待遇的合法权益,逐步融入城市,促进社会主义和谐社会建设,具有十分重要的意义,进而提出了切实保障农民工社会保险权益的对策建议。
The paper deeply explored the breakthrough of the Social Security Law in the social security interests of migrant workers.The implementation of Social Security Law had great significance to solving the problems in the social insurance of migrant workers,better protecting the lawful rights of migrant workers to participate social insurance,enjoy its treatment and integrate into the urban life,and promoting the construction of harmonious socialist society.
