介绍了中国石化湖南石油分公司编制与修订基层库站应急预案的经验,预案的组成、结构及内容的表述,指出基层库站的应急预案,在结构形式上须为单独文本,少些文字陈述,多用框图表格以直观明了;内容上应简练、具体、操作性强,突出核心"应急处置";附件资料齐全。
The experience from compilation and revision of emergency plan for grass root depot and stations in SINOPEC Hunan Oil Products Company was introduced.As for the compiled and revised emergency plan for depot and stations,it should be a single document on the structure with less verbal expression and more diagrams and tables for direct and clear effect,and should be simple,concrete,and high operability on the content and give prominence to the core affairs to dispose,and the attachment information should be complete.
