摘要
赶超式发展是我国竞技体育在特殊时期的历史选择,一直服务于国家形象的塑造、政治发展、制度建设等方面。作为一种发展战略,赶超式发展依靠举国体制保障,运用三级训练模式,实践着奥运争光计划,为我国跻身世界竞技体育强国提供了强有力的支撑与保障。在社会转型的新阶段,赶超式发展与社会发展表现出不同程度的不相适应:与市场经济体制脱节、政治色彩浓重、金牌主义至上等特点,增加了国家的负担。在建设和谐社会与科学发展观的指导下,竞技体育的赶超式发展也要适应社会的新变化,做出新调整。
Surpassing development of competitive sports in China is the choice in the speical history period.It always serves for nation＇s image,political development and system building,etc.As a development strategy,surpassing development relies on the system guarantee of national top-down system and uses 3-level training mode to implement the Olympic proud plan and provides a strong support and guarantee for China to enter the world sports powers.In the new stage of social transformation,surpassing development and social development shows disharmony at different degrees： disconnection with the market economy system,too much politics and solely focus on the winning of gold medals.It has increased the burden for the country.Under the guidance of building a harmonious society and scientific development concept,the surpassing development of competitive sports shall adapt to the changes of the society and make some adjustments.
