摘要
目的观察皮下埋植剂的避孕效果,副反应,耐受性及终止率,为临床推广使用进一步提供理论依据。方法对我所近4年来103份被接受皮下埋植和皮埋取出的育龄妇女进行了跟踪随访。结果避孕有效率99%,耐受率为61.2%,终止率67%,皮下埋植术的副作用有:月经紊乱(28/103)、体重增加(21/103)、头痛失眠(15/103)、皮肤痤疮(6/103)等。结论皮下埋植术具有高效、长效、安全和可逆性强等优点,避孕有效率优于其他避孕方法 ,但也存在一定的并发症。
Objective To observe contraceptive efficacy,side effects,tolerance and termination rate of norplant,then to furtherly provide theoretical basis for the clinical use.Methods 103 women of childbearing age were observed for nearly 4 years in our research institute,who underwent norplant and norplant removed.Results The contraceptive efficacy of norplant was 99 %,the tolerance of norplant was 61.2%,the termination rate of norplant was 67 %.But norplant also had some side effects：such as menstrual disorder（28/103）,weight gain（21/103）,headache and insomnia（15/103）,skin acne（6/103）.Conclusion Norplant is an efficient,effective,safe methods of contraception,but it also has some side effects.
