摘要
微波辐射条件下 ,利用对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸与邻苯二胺在多磷酸中的缩合反应 ,合成了 1 ,4 双 ( 2 苯并咪唑基 )苯和 1 ,3 双 ( 2 苯并咪唑基 )苯两种化合物 ,反应时间 1 2min ,产率分别为 77%和 84% ,该条件下的反应速度分别是常规条件下反应速度的 50和 2 0倍 ,且产率与常规反应相当。
Under the microwave irradiation, the 1,4 bis(2 benzimidazolyl)benzene and 1,3 bis(2 benzimidazolyl)benzene were synthesized respectively by condensation of o phenylenediamine and p phthalic acid or m phthalic acid in polyphosphoric acid.The reaction time was 12 min,the yield was 77% and 84% respectively.Compared with the conventional synthesis,the rate of reaction was up to 50 and 20 times faster respectively under microwave irradiation than by conventional method,and the yield was comparable.
