摘要 该气缸盖罩油气分离装置,由气缸盖罩本体上设计的迷宫式油气分离结构及气缸盖罩盖板组成,气缸盖罩盖板设计了集油槽和回油孔,通过回油装置,分离之后的油滴会返回油底壳内,如此循环。通过在气缸盖罩上集成设计油气分离装置,并进行了实验验证,不仅能够有效地实现油气分离,减少烧机油的现象,而且能降低机油消耗,提高发动机性能,改善排放性能,也降低了成本。 The oil mist separation device of the cylinder head cover is compose-d by the labyrinth oil mist separation structure in the cylinder head cover and the head cover plate.On the plate,there are designed oil back tanks and holes to collect oil droplet and a way back to the oil pan.Through the integration design of the oil mist separation and experimental results,it can not only realize the efficient oil mist separation,reduce the burn of the oil,but also can reduce the consumption of the oil,improve the performance of the engine,reduce the emission and cost.
