摘要
模线样板生产时飞机制造的第一步,飞机的大部分零件和工艺装备都需要按模线样板制造,模线样板的生产进度直接影响新飞机的试制进度。因此,提高样板的质量和生产效率有很重要的意义。随着新工艺、新技术、新设备的出现,模线样板技术也不断发展,在我国MBD技术和条件已逐步成熟。模线样板技术正迎来一个新的发展阶段,大量化铣样板也基本实现数字化设计,由于化铣样板加工的特殊性,化铣样板的样板设计与其他种类的样板也不同,需要一个全新的设计方式,笔者对化铣样板的数字化设计与制造作了详尽的介绍。
The layout template production is the first step of the aircraft manufacturing,most of the aircraft parts and work fixtures must be manufactured according to layout templates.As the layout templates production progress directly influence the new aircrafts manufacture schedule,improving the quality and productivity of the layout templates is of great importance.With the new manufacture process,new technology,new equipment applied in aircraft production,the layout template technology is also developing,in our country MBD technology has come into being.The layout template technology is on a new stage of development,large quantity chemical milling templates have already been designed based on MBD technology,due to the specialty of the producting of chemical milling templates,the design and manufacture are very different from the other kind of templates,we need to find a totally new kind of design,this paper will make a thorough introduction of design and product of chemical milling templates based on digital design technology.
