摘要
目的 为了减少青光眼手术并发症的发生。方法 对 43例 43眼青光眼手术操作中予高位结膜瓣分层缝合、前房穿刺放液、术毕平衡液形成前房、可调整缝线应用及高危病人使用抗代谢药物等。结果 43例患者术毕前房形成 ,术后无一例出现浅前房 ,眼压控制。 30例形成 型滤过泡 ,12例形成 型滤过泡 ,1例形成 型滤过泡。结论 改良的手术方法能够减少手术并发症 。
Objective To reduces complication of glaucoma surgery.Methods 43 case glaucoma surgery aloft conjunctivaflap suture paracentesis;through the wound ofparacentesis injected the BSS to form the anterion chambeta suture of variable on the scletal flap.Results 43 cases when operation was finishied,the anterior chamber was formed,postoperate there were not anyone shallow anterior chamberhad good postopeative IOP 30 case were Ifiltering blebs,12 case were Ⅱ filtering,1 case was Ⅲ filtering blebs.Conclusions Ameliorate operative can decrease the postoperavive complications,increase successs of surgery.
