摘要
以平菇为主要原料,配以乳糖、阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等,利用湿法制粒的方法研制出可以增强免疫力的平菇咀嚼片。实验结果表明,此平菇咀嚼片的最佳配方为平菇粉70 g、乳糖30 g、阿斯巴甜1.5 g、柠檬酸2.5 g、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10 g、薄荷香精1.5 mL,制出的平菇咀嚼片口感好,色泽一致,硬度好,表面光滑;血清溶血素试验和碳粒吞噬试验证明此平菇咀嚼片具有增强免疫的功能。
Optimizing pleurotus as main material,with lactose,aspartame,citric acid,PVP,etc and using moist pellet-manufacturing method,a kind of chew tablets of enhancing immunity was developed.The results showed that: Taking 70 g Pleurotus flour and 30 g lactose,as the receipt was made up of 1.5 g aspartame,2.5 g citric acid and 10 g PVP,1.5 mL mint flavor a new kind of chewing tablets could be obtained with good taste and typical Pleurotus stemma flavor;and carbon clearance and serum hemolysin formation experiments proved that this chew tablets may enhance immunity.
