摘要
目的探讨助视器在视网膜色素变性(RP)患者中的应用价值。方法分析一例RP家系的患病家谱、患者的生活视力以及验配助视器后的效果。结果该家系4代人中患病12例,其中3人日常生活视力均≤0.12,应用2.8×2.8倍眼镜式远用助视器后,其康复视力分别达到了0.4、0.4、0.6,摆脱了低视力困扰。结论助视器可提高RP患者的生活视力和生活质量,其临床价值应得到重视。
Objective To investigate clinic value of visual aids in patients with retinitis pigmentosa （RP） . Methods We analyzed the prevalence of genealogy of a RP pedigree, and compared the visual acuity before and after using visual aids. Results Twelve patients were diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa in this four - generation family, among which there were three patients whose daily visual acuity was ≤0. 12. After wearing the glasses - type distant visual aids with magnification of 2. 8 × 2. 8, the three patients＇ visual rehabilitation reached 0.4, 0. 4 and 0. 6 respectively, roughly getting rid of the trouble resulting from low vision. Conclusion Visual aids could improve visual acuity and life quality of patients with retinitis pigmentosa, and its clinic value should be emphasized.
