摘要
为克服蒿甲醚水溶性差,体内代谢快,生物利用度低的缺点,将其进行纳米包装.利用初生态微晶法,选用生物相容性好,可降解的明胶作为壁材,制备出了蒿甲醚纳米胶囊.电镜结果表明:纳米胶囊为分散均匀的球形纳米粒子.纳米胶囊的制备增强了蒿甲醚的水溶性.一定程度上拓展蒿甲醚临床应用的范围.
Although artemether is a powerful drug used to treat malaria,there are some drawbacks because of its natural property such as insolubility in water,faster metabolism and lower bioavailability.In order to overcome these shortcomings,we prepared nanocapsules containing this drug by way of firstborn microcraystallization method were prepared.The products observed with transmission electron microscope(TEM) showed being the distributed spherical nanoparticles were well distributed.In this test gelatin was chose as the wall materials owing to its non-toxity,biocompatibility and biodegradability.The preparation of this nanocapsule could possibly expand the clinical application of artemether.
