摘要
本文在简要指出培养国际化创新型人才的重要性和必要性之后,从10个方面阐述了培养这类人才的目标、途径、渠道和方法等问题。文章认为,国际化创新型人才培养本身就是一项关乎国家发展、科技进步的创新工程,既要有基础性的科学研究,又需要有创新的勇气去大胆实施。国际化创新型人才培养所涉及的课程设置、师资培养、教材开发、国际交流等重要课题急需高校积极探索、认真总结,以走出一条符合我国国情的外语人才培养之路。
After briefly addressing the significance and necessity of internationalized and innovative workforce education,this paper carries out an extensive investigation into ten aspects of this project,mainly ranging from the targets,measures,and channels to methods.The paper contends that internationalized and innovative workforce instruction has some direct bearing on the nation＇s development and scientific and technological progress;it is itself a highly innovative undertaking which requires not only basic research but also executive courage.To forge an instruction route that best fits the Chinese circumstances,such important issues as curriculum design,teacher training,coursebook development and international exchange need serious exploration and deep reflection.
