摘要
本文介绍了国内外关于甲醇生产的发展状况,并且分析了煤气化和天然气蒸汽转化的技术,对甲醇装置方案在设计中进行了优化组合,在技术方案研究设计过程中,为了提高产品的竞争力、达到节能减排的目的,将煤气化和天然气转化2种技术进行有机的结合。并根据原料的特点,对整个装置进行模拟计算,优化合成气的配比,并且减少了二氧化碳排放,从而使整个的流程更有利于节能,开辟了能源综合利用的新思路,具有十分重要的现实意义。
This article introduced domestic and foreign about the methyl alcohol production development condition,and has analyzed the technology which the gasification and the natural gas steam transforms,has carried on the optimum composition to the methyl alcohol installment plan in the design,in technical plan research design process,in order to enhance the product the competitive power,achieved the energy conservation reduces a row of goal,transforms the gasification and the natural gas two kind of technologies to carry on the organic union.And acts according to raw material the characteristic,carries on the analog computation to the entire installment,the optimized synthetic gas allocated proportion,and reduced the carbon dioxide emissions,thus causes the entire flow to be more advantageous to the energy conservation,opened the energy comprehensive utilization new mentality,has the extremely vital practical significance.
