摘要
高炉锰铁渣具有潜在水硬活性,可以用作胶凝材料,部分取代水泥。由于其水硬活性受多种因素的影响,文中采用均匀设计及回归分析的方法,研究了锰铁渣在水泥中的掺入量、水胶比、激发剂(生石灰和无水石膏)加入量4种因素对锰铁渣水硬活性的影响,最终发现各因素影响程度由大到小依次为:水胶比>锰铁渣掺入量>无水石膏掺入量>生石灰掺入量。运用Matlab分析探求了最佳水化条件及通过室内试验对优化结果进行了论证,同时对激发剂的激发机理进行分析,为生石灰及无水石膏的添加提供理论依据。
Blast furnace ferromanganese slag has potential hydraulic activity, so it can be used as gelled materi- als, partly replacing cement. But because its hydraulic activity is affected by various factors, this paper adopts the method of uniform design and regression analysis, and studies the quantity of ferromanganese slag in mixed cement, water-binder ratio, amount of stimulation agent (quicklime and anhydrite) addition, and the four factors that influ- ence slag hydraulic activity. Influence degree of each factor is put in descending order as follows : water-binder ratio, amount of ferromanganese slag addition, amount of anhydrite addition and amount of quicklime addition. With Matlab searching the best hydration conditions, laboratory tests demonstrating the optimization results and mechanism of simu- lation agent being analyzed, theoretical basis is provided for the addition of quicklime and anhydrite.
