摘要
以桂圆皮为原料,利用超声波细胞粉碎法对桂圆皮中原花青素辅助提取工艺进行研究。在单因素试验和正交试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数50%,提取温度为50℃,料液比为1∶14.8,粉碎度100目,pH 3.0,超声波功率300W,提取时间为15min,提取1次。各因素影响桂圆皮中原花青素的提取效果主次顺序为料液比>提取温度>提取时间>粉末粉碎度。通过最佳试验因素组合提取桂圆皮中原花青素,第1次提取原花青素平均得率为15.13%,第2次提取原花青素平均得率为4.11%,占总提取桂圆皮中原花青素平均提取率的90.7%,收率为19.03%。
Optimization of ultrasonic cell crusher on conditions of extracting oligomeric proantho cyanidins from Longan peel was studied.The optimum process based on the single factor test and orthogonal test was as follows through response surface analysis method: concentration of ethanol is 50%,extraction temperature is 50 ℃,the ratio of solvent to material is 14.8∶1,the smash degree is 100 mu,pH value is 3.0,ultrasonic power is 300 W,extraction time is 15 min and one times on ultrasonic extraction method.The order of effects on the extraction of oligomeric proantho cyanidins was as follows: the ratio of solvent to material extract temperature extraction time powder grinding degree.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the extraction rate of oligomeric proantho cyanidins was 15.13% on the first time and 4.11% on second time,the extraction yield is up to 90.7% and yield coefficient to 19.03% from Longan peel.These result set the theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of oligomeric proantho cyanidins in Longan peel.
