摘要
结合激励理论和团队管理,在分析图书馆知识转移及其咨询团队内涵基础上,从咨询馆员与咨询团队间、咨询馆员间、读者与咨询团队间以及咨询馆员与读者间4方面剖析图书馆咨询团队知识转移绩效障碍因素。通过向国内部分图书馆、情报机构发放问卷的方式对其障碍因素进行实证研究,在对问卷数据充分分析后,得出了现实中影响图书馆咨询团队知识转移绩效的关键因素,即缺乏激励机制,并相应地提出咨询团队激励、咨询馆员激励和读者激励3种激励方式,以期提升图书馆咨询团队知识转移绩效的效果。
Combining with the incentive theory and team management,and based on the analysis of the connotation of library knowledge transfer and its consulting teams,this article anatomizes the factors affecting the knowledge transfer performance of library consulting teams from the relationships between consulting librarians and consulting teams,between consulting librarians,between readers and consulting teams,and between consulting librarians and readers.An empirical study of influencing factors is carried out by sending questionnaires to part domestic libraries and information institutions.After a thorough analysis of the survey data,the article elicits the key factors affecting the knowledge transfer performance of library consulting teams in real life,that is,short of incentive mechanism.Accordingly,the article proposes 3 types of incentive methods,that is,incentive mechanisms for consulting teams,consulting librarians and readers in an attempt to improve the effectiveness of knowledge transfer performance of library consulting teams.
