摘要
目的观察医用臭氧治疗后HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,探讨医用臭氧对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 2010年8月至2011年7月,165例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者接受了医用臭氧自血疗法,方法为将一定浓度的臭氧、纯氧及患者自身外周静脉血充分混合后再回输患者体内。于治疗前、治疗12周后取外周血,采用流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并与32例健康体检者(对照组)比较;同时观察治疗组治疗前后肝功能及乙肝病毒标志物的变化,探讨其临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者CD4+T淋巴细胞降低(P<0.05)、CD8+T淋巴细胞数增高(P<0.05)、CD4+/CD8+比值下降(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗12周后与治疗前比较,患者CD4+细胞增高(P<0.05)、CD8+细胞下降(P<0.05)、CD4+/CD8+比值升高(P<0.05);且ALT、AST、HBeAg及HBV-DNA拷贝数均明显下降(P均<0.05)。结论医用臭氧自血疗法可调节HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的免疫功能,增强其抗病毒应答能力,从而提高HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。
Objective To observe the changes of peripheral blood T-lymphocytes subsets in HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients with medical ozone therapy and explore the impact of medical ozone therapy on immunologic function of organism. Methods From August 2010 to July 2011,165 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B (treatment group)were treated by medical ozone autohemotherapy.The mixture containing venous whole blood, a certain concentration of ozone and pure oxygen was re-infused into self-body.The changes of T-lymphocytes subsets were detected by flow cytometry before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment and compared with healthy subjects(control group,n=32).The changes of liver functions and markers of hepatitis B virus before and after treatment were observed to explore the clinical therapeutic effects. Results Compared with control group,the CD4^+ cells lowered,the CD8^+ cells raised,and the ratio of CD4^+/ CD8^+ descended in treatment group(all P〈0.05).Compared with before ozone treatment, the CD4^+ cells increased,the CD8^+ cells lowered,and the ratio of CD4^+/ CD8^+ increased 12 weeks after ozone treatment (all P〈0.05).All the ALT,AST,HBeAg and HBV-DNA levels significantly dropped at the same time(all P〈0.05). Conclusions Medical ozone autohemotherapy can modulate the immunologic function of organism and enhance antiviral response ability in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B and therefore improve efficacy in the treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.
