摘要
目的了解日资企业员工的心理健康状况和影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法在广州市经济技术开发区某日资企业随机抽取450名员工,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和基本信息调查表对员工进行心理健康状况调查,采用单因素卡方分析和多因素非条件Log istic回归统计方法分析日资企业员工的心理健康影响因素。结果心理问题阳性率为38.1%。经单因素卡方分析,不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻、月收入员工心理问题阳性率不同(χ2=10.903,P=0.001)、(χ2=9.561,P=0.043)、(χ2=7.607,P=0.020)、(χ2=5.528,P=0.019),(χ2=8.372,P=0.015)。多因素非条件Log istic回归分析,女性员工心理问题阳性率较高(OR=2.257,P<0.05),而文化程度越低,心理问题的阳性率越高(OR=0.713,P<0.05)。结论日资企业员工心理问题阳性率较高,需要高度重视员工的心理健康。女性、学历低是日资企业员工心理问题的重要影响因素。
Objective To explore the mental health status and affecting factors of employees in Japanese-funded enterprise.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was carried out to investigate 450 employees in Japanese-funded enterprise in Guangzhou economic and technological development zone.Mental health symptoms of total employees were measured using the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) and affecting factors of mental health were evaluated by Chi-square analysis and multivariate unconditional logistic regression statistical analysis methods.Results The psychological problems positive rate was 38.1%.Gender,education,marital status,personal monthly income of employees were associated with mental health by chi-square analysis,chi-square values and p values were(χ2=10.903,P=0.001,χ2=9.561,P=0.043,χ2=7.607,P=0.020,χ2=5.528,P=0.019,χ2=8.372,P=0.015)respectively.Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis revealed that the positive rate of psychological problems of women was high(OR=2.257,P0.05),and the lower level of education was significant risk factors of psychological problems(OR=0.713,P0.05).Conclusions Psychological problems of employees in Japanese-funded enterprises is common and needs to attach great importance.Female and lower education are the affecting factors of mental health of Japanese-funded enterprise's employees.
