摘要
为改善自修复材料中微胶囊的分散性及其对复合材料力学性能的影响,采用KH550和KH560偶联剂对微胶囊表面进行改性处理,研究自修复微胶囊在玻璃织物增强复合材料(GFRP)中的分散性及其织物弯曲性能。结果表明,用KH560偶联剂处理后,自修复微胶囊在GFRP的分散性能改善达64.7%,优于KH550偶联剂,但使得制备的GFRP的弯曲强度降低。通过SEM观察发现,偶联剂处理后微胶囊与树脂基体界面良好。
In order to improve the dispersing capacity of the microcapsules in self-repairing composite and its effect on the mechanical property of the composite,two coupling agents namely KH550 and KH560 were applied to the surface modification of the microcapsules,and the dispersing capacity of the self-repairing microcapsules in glass-fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) and flexural property of fabric thereof were investigated.The results showed that after KH560 treatment,the dispersing capacity of the self-repairing microcapsules in GFRP is enhanced by 64.7%,which is superior to KH550 treated microcapsules.However,the flexural strength of the prepared GFRP is decreased.According to SEM observation,after coupling agent treatment the interface between microcapsule and epoxy bonds well.
