摘要
王庆国教授学验俱丰,对痛风病有丰富的治疗经验。其组方精当,配伍详明,疗效突出。痛风急性期辨证以湿热内盛,痹阻关节为主,并重视热毒炽盛的病理因素,治以清热利湿,通络止痛。若病情迁延,病至后期,特别重视补肾法的应用,强调补肾当为根本大法,临床每收佳效。对王师治疗痛风病的学术思想、治疗特色、临证经验进行系统总结。
Professor WANG Qing-guo is rich both in TCM theory and clinical experience,he has extensive experience of treating gout,Professor WANG use medication precisely and appropriately,with prominent effect.According to syndrome differentiation of damp-heat,Professor WANG attaches importance to exuberant heat,methods of clearing away heat to drain dampness and dredging collaterals are used;if Gout protracted,Professor WANG pays special attention to the application of supplementing kidney,receiving good effect.This article systematically summarizes Professor WANG＇s academic and clinical experiences on treating Gout in order to provide an important reference for readers.
