摘要
各国对于棉/再生纤维素纤维混纺产品的定量分析方法有所不同,常用的有化学分析法、纤维投影法和手工分离法等。选用甲酸/氯化锌、59.5%硫酸、37%盐酸对棉/莱赛尔、棉/莫代尔、棉/粘胶混纺产品进行定量分析,同时利用显微投影法对上述产品进行定量分析。研究表明,上述方法均可以进行棉/再生纤维素纤维混纺产品的定量判定,其中化学分析法的测试准确性高于显微投影法,化学分析法中37%HCl法实验结果一致性好,操作方法较简单方便,建议优先选用。
The quantitative analysis of cotton/regenerated cellulose fiber blended product varies in different countries, it is usually done by solvent test and microscope projection test. Cotton/Lyocell, cotton/Modal and cotton/Rayon blended fabrics are tested quantitatively by 59.5% sulfuric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid and formic acid/zinc chloride. The chemical solvent test is more precise than the microscope projection test. The chemical solvent test of 37% hydrochloric acid shows consistent and easy to operate, which is top priority.
