摘要
中国股市连连下挫,不少证券分析师将市场缺少资金作为股市下跌的原因之一,加之证监会提出中国401K计划,一时间401K计划又成了公众讨论的热点。本文简单介绍了401K计划,结合美国401K运行的情况及国内实际情况,分析致使目前中国企业年金发展缓慢的原因,得出几点启示。
Chinese stock market has failed again and again,which many analysts think is partly because of the lack of funds.And at the same time,the SFC put forward the Chinese 401K project,as has becoming a popular topic.Combined with the operation situation of the United States 401K project and the actual situation of China,this paper briefly introduces the 401K project,and analysis the reasons for the slow development of enterprise annuity,from which we finally get some enlightenment.
