茵陈配方颗粒薄层色谱及导数光谱鉴别 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立茵陈配方颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别和导数光谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法和紫外一阶导数光谱法对不同批次茵陈配方颗粒进行分析研究。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;紫外一阶导数光谱存在3个特征吸收峰。结论该法操作简便,准确可靠,可有效地控制茵陈配方颗粒的质量。 Objective To identify Artemisia Scoparia formula granule by thin-layer chromatography(TLC) and UV first derivative spectroscopy(FDS).Methods Different batches of Artemisia Scoparia formula granule were analyzed by TLC and UV FDS.Results The TLC identification was distinct and the spots were clear,and three characteristic absorption peaks were observed by UV FDS.Conclusion The methods are easy and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of Artemisia Scoparia formula granule effectively.
