摘要
氢氟酸属于高毒类物质 ,有较强的腐蚀作用。氢氟酸烧伤后 ,不仅皮肤受损伤 ,而且其毒性会造成组织坏死 ,易导致全身脏器功能衰竭 ,从而引起有关生化指标异常。本案例为氢氟酸烧伤并气体吸入性损伤 ,为严重氟中毒。在采取补钙、解毒、强心、利尿等积极抢救措施下 ,病情得以控制 ,各项生化指标恢复正常 ,并经精心治疗后痊愈出院。
Hydrofluoric acid is a highly toxic compound and has strong erosive effect. It damages the skin and may result in tissue necrosis and systemic organ failure. The patient may have changes in serum biochemical indexes. This paper reports a case of hydrofluoric acid burn complicated by inhalation injury and serious fluorine toxicosis. The patient was treated with supplement of calcium, detoxicating measures, cardio tonic and diuretic agents. The symptoms were controlled and the serum biochemical indexes returned to normal. The patient was discharged from the hospital after cured. [
