摘要
为适应变速器试验发展的需求,介绍了一种汽车变速器试验台测控系统的软硬件结构。该系统以工业控制计算机为核心,基于虚拟仪器设计软件LabWindows/CVI开发平台研制,可根据试验需要编制转速、转矩、转速步长、转矩步长、持续时间等载荷谱参数和报警参数。系统按照参数实现试验过程的自动控制和故障报警,可以对变速器进行多种项目的试验,实现了变速器综合性能的在线测试。该系统在实际运行中操作方便、维护简便、可靠性高。
In order to adapt to the demands for developing tests of transmission boxes,the structures of hardware and software for a measurement and control system used in test bed of the automobile transmission box is introduced.The system is based on industrial control computer as the core,and developed under the platform of virtual instrument design software LabWindows/CVI.The load spectrum parameters,such as the rotary speed,torque,step of speed,step of torque,duration,as well as the alarm parameters can be compiled.In accordance with these parameters,automatic control and fault alarm for the test procedures are implemented by the system.Various test items of the transmission box can be accomplished for realizing online comprehensive performance test.In practical running,the system features ease operation and maintenance,and high reliability.
