摘要
为了改进传统电磁流量计监控终端设计存在的局限性,提出了一种基于嵌入式技术的电磁流量计智能监控终端的设计方案。系统以S3C6410为核心处理器,以嵌入式Linux为平台,运用嵌入式、数据库、图形开发和网络等技术,实现了仪表参数设定、串口设置、流量和电势标定以及对测量数据的存储、显示、管理以及远程监控等多种功能。实际应用表明,该设计具有可靠性高、人机界面友好、网络功能强大等特点,在工业仪表应用中具有推广价值。
To overcome the limitation existing in the design of traditional monitoring terminal for electromagnetic flowmeter,the design scheme of intelligent monitoring terminal based on embedded technology for electromagnetic flowmeter is proposed.With S3C6410 as the core processor and the embedded Linux as the platform,by adopting many technologies,such as the embedded technology,database,graphic development and network,the functions including instrument parameter set-up,serial ports settings,flow and electric potential calibration,and measuring data storage,display,management and remote monitoring,etc.,are implemented by the terminal.The practice indicates that the design possesses the features of high reliability,user-friendly human-machine interface,powerful network functions,and it has the promotion value in applications of industrial instruments.
