合金焊丝钢浇注水口结瘤原因分析及措施 被引量:5

摘要 ER70S-6合金焊丝钢浇注过程中水口出现结瘤,降低生产效率。对结瘤物试样进行扫描电镜分析,结瘤物中的铝酸钙主要是熔点相对较高的CaO.6Al2O3。大量未上浮的铝酸钙、Al2O3及少量铝镁尖晶石等高熔点夹杂物在中间包上水口表面附着和聚集是导致水口结瘤的主要原因。采取降低钢中Al质量分数,加强钢水保护浇注,减少二次氧化,优化脱氧工艺及LF精炼工艺,在钢水中添加少量表面活化剂等措施,可有效去除脱氧产生的Al2O3夹杂物。采取强化保护浇注技术,避免Al2O3夹杂物的产生。 The clogging occurs in nozzle in the process of ER70S - 6 alloy welding wire steel casting, which decrease pro- duction efficiency. The clogging sample was analyzed by using SEM, the calcium aluminates in clogging were mainly rela- tive high melting point CaO .6A12O3. The high melting point inclusions such as large quantity not floating calcium alumi- nates, AI2O3 and little aluminum-magnesium spinel attached and gathered on the surface of tundish upper nozzle were the main reason of nozzle clogging. The A12O3 inclusions produced in deoxidization can be removed by adopting the following measures such as to decrease aluminum mass fraction in steel, to strengthen molten steel protection casting, to decrease secondary oxidation, to optimize deoxidization process and Ladle Furnace refine process, to add little surface active agent in molten steel. The occurrence of A12O3 inclusions is avoided by adopting strengthen protection technology.
