摘要
用角谱法给出了平面波矢量衍射场中传播波和倏逝波的表达式,并细致研究了Ez分量中倏逝波部分,并与Ex分量中的倏逝波部分作了比较研究,得到一些有意义的结论。
The expressions of homogeneous and evanescent wave of plane wave vectorial diffraction field are given by the angular spectrum representation.The evanescent wave of Ez component has been carefully studied.A comparative study on the vanescent wave of Ex and Ez component has also been done,and some meaningful results have been obtained.
