摘要
目的:探讨认知行为疗法(CBT)对失眠症患者睡眠质量和心理健康水平疗效的影响。方法:以我院2010年1月-2011年2月间入院就诊的102例失眠症患者为研究对象,随机分成了两组,分别为常规组和认知行为疗法组,每组各51例患者,对两组患者的相关治疗结果进行了比较分析。结果:(1)从两组患者治疗前、后的PSQI因子分比较可以看出,治疗前两组无显著差异,治疗后认知行为疗法组在各方面均优于常规组,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。(2)从两组患者治疗前、后的SCL-90因子分比较可以看出,治疗前两组无显著差异,治疗后认知行为疗法组在各方面均优于常规组,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:认知行为疗法(CBT)对于改善失眠症患者睡眠质量和心理健康水平具有重要的促进作用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT) for insomnia and sleep quality in patients with mental health.Methods:From January 2010 to February 2011,among 102 cases of hospital treatment of insomnia patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,conventional group and cognitive behavioral therapy group.51 patients in each group of the two groups of patients related to treatment outcomes were compared.Results:(1)From two groups of patients,PSQI factor scores was no significant difference in cognitive behavioral before the study,and therapy group after treatment in all respects superior to the conventional group with differences statistically significant(P0.05).(2)Before and after the SCL-90 factor scores of comparison,it can be seen before treatment was no significant difference in cognitive behavioral,but therapy group after treatment in all respects is superior to the conventional group with differences statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) for insomnia patients can improve sleep quality and mental health.
