摘要
门式起重机在货场作业时会造成整机和局部的振动。为确保司机在操作过程中具有良好的舒适度和安全感,同时为保证起重机的正常使用寿命,需对起重机进行动刚度分析。利用ANSYS软件对实际约束状态下的起重机模型进行模态分析,获取满载自振频率。分析起重机进行动态特征灵敏度,确定薄弱环节,提出模型修改意见,为起重机结构设计优化提供部分理论基础和依据。
The global and local vibration of gantry crane will occur when it is working. To assure the driver' s comfort and security as well as the duration of the crane, analysis of the dynamic rigidity of the crane is necessary. In this paper, the ANSYS software was utilized for modal analysis of the crane under practical restriction, and its inherent frequencies under fully loaded condition were obtained. Finally, the weakness of the crane structure was found by the sensitivity analysis of dynamic characteristics, and the improvement measures were put forward. This work provides a reference for dynamic analysis and optimization design for crane structures.
