摘要
研究了粉煤灰在喷射混凝土中应用的可能性,讨论了在满足施工要求的前提下喷射混凝土中粉煤灰的掺量及其对凝结时间、抗压强度、抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力等的影响,得到了粉煤灰最高掺量为30%、调整水泥与速凝剂的比例可加快凝结时间、加入早强剂可提高喷射混凝土强度、粉煤灰可以提高喷射混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力等结论。
In the present work,the possibility of fly ash applied in the shotcrete was studied.The dosage of fly ash in shotcrete and the effects on the setting time,compressive strength,corrosion resistance to sulfate have been discussed under the premise of meeting the construction requirements.The conclusions followed that:the maximum dosage of fly ash was 30%,the setting time could been accelerated by adjusting the ratio of cement and accelerator,the strength of shotcrete could increase by adding early strength agent,fly ash could improve the corrosion resistance of sulfate of shotcrete.
