摘要
目的调查并比较不同人群心肺复苏及相关急救常识的掌握程度,探讨不同人群急救知识普及培训内容的侧重点。方法参照2010年国际心肺复苏指南设计调查表,调查企事业单位职工、大学本科学生、高中学生、初中学生各300人的不同人群心肺复苏及相关急救常识的掌握并打分比较。结果在1200名被调查者中,有参加急救知识普及培训愿望者共727人,占60.6%;既往参加过类似急救知识培训者共80人,占67%,其中大学本科学生普及愿望最高,企事业单位职工已参加相应急救知识培训者最多。知道“120”电话者共799人,占666%;能正确说出呼叫急救电话时应首先向医护人员说明问题者共847人,占70.6%,均以企事业单位职工知晓率最高。知道心肺复苏的适应证者共325人,占271%;知道心跳呼吸骤停患者最好立即现场急救者共1103人,占91.9%;能正确判断呼吸停止者共428人,占35.7%;知道最常用开放气道方法者共187人,占15.6%;知道在行口对口人工呼吸时施术者应该如何吸气者共130人,占10.8%;知道触摸颈动脉搏动来判断心跳停止者共467人,占38.9%;掌握心外按压推荐频率者共44人,占37%;掌握心外按压需要的幅度者共28人,占2.3%;知道心外按压正确位置者共74人,占6.2%;掌握成人心肺复苏时心外按压次数和人工呼吸次数比例者共24人,占20%。而上述11个关于心肺复苏具体问题4组人群问的差别均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。所有被调查人员的最后平均得分为903±3624,大学本科学生组和企事业单位职工组、高中学生和初中学生组之间的差别均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05),但前两者得分高于后两者(P〈0.05);而关于心肺复苏的问题4组人群得分的差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论4组人群心肺复苏知识的知晓率非常低,差别并无统计学意义。应不分人群加强培训,而对高中以下学生尚需同时加强心肺复苏相关普通急救常识的普及。
Objective TO investigate knowledge and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in different clusters in general population. Methods A survey on knowledge and training of CPR was conducted in employees, undergraduate, under- graduate students, high school students and junior high school students. The half-opened questionnaire used in the survey was designed according to 2010 International Consensus Conference on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovas- cular Care Science With Treatment Recommendations. Each cluster consisted of 300 subjects. Results In 1200 subjects inves-tigated, 727(60.6%) were willing to receive training, undergraduate students showed the highest willingness; 80 people (6.7%) received training previously, most of them were employees. Among all subjects surveyed 799(66.6%) knew the emergency calf number 120, and 847 (70.6%) knew what should first reported in emergency call, rate was highest for employees. 27.1% sub- jects (325/1 200 }knew the indications of CPR, 91.9%(1103/1200) knew that cardiac arrest should be resuscitated in spot. Among all subjects 428(35.7%) correctly recognized apnea and 187(15.6%) knew how to open airway; 130(10.8%) knew how to make an mouth-to-mouth insuffiation; 467 (38.9%) knew to confirm cardiac arrest by touching carotid arteries. For the skill of PCR only 44(3.7%) knew the rate of chest pressing and 28(2.3%) knew the amplitude of chest pressing in CPR, 74(6.2%) knew the correctposition of chest pressing, 24(2.0%) knew the ratio between chest pressing and mouth-to-mouth insufflation, and there were no differences in answering above questions among four groups. The overall score was 9.03 ± 3.624; there were no differences in score between employee and undergraduate, and between high school students and junior high school students, but the score of employee and undergraduate was higher than that of high school and junior high school students. The mean score of the knowledge of CPR in 4 group had no difference. Conclusion The knowledge status of CPR in investigated clusters is generally ow and need to enhance the training, particularly for high school and junior high school students
