摘要
目的 :研究自制1~5μm的白蛋白磁性药物微球的体内外磁响应性能。方法 :用自制的闭合磁场进行体外试验。用放射性同位素131I标记示踪进行动物体内试验 ,研究24和48小时ECT显像及脏器的γ计数。结果 :在生理盐水中该微球的截留率取决于管径、流速和磁场强度 ,最大体外截留率可达98 % ;在外磁场作用下该微球能在颈部很好定位。该微球在肝脏有部分积聚。结论 :该微球在体内外具有良好的磁响应性 。
Purpose: To study the magnetic responsiveness of ferromagnetic protein drug microspheres of sizes 1 to 5μm both in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The animal bodies with microspheres labelled with radioactive element 131I were studied by ECT image and γ count at 24th and 48th hours. Results: The percentage of microspheres accumulated at the target site was related to the passage calibre, the flowing speed and the external magnetic field intensity. The maximum accumulation percentage could be as high as 98%. Microspheres in the blood flow could be detained effectively at the desired site. Accumulation of microspheres was found in liver. Conclusion: The magnetic responsiveness of the microspheres are very good both in vitro and in vivo.The size of microspheres may have liver targeted propensity.
