摘要
目前,大学毕业生"就业难"已成为不可回避而又亟需解决的问题,而"大学生顾问团"基于自主学习理论进行了积极的探索和实践,不仅提出"自主提高就业能力"的理念,构建了大学生就业能力培养模式,更通过有效的活动设计和活动执行,切实提高了大学生的"软实力"和"硬实力"。本文根据自主学习理论,从学生"自主提高就业能力"的视角构建就业能力培养模式,并进行了探索和实践。
Currently,the university graduates "difficult job" has become an unavoidable and urgent problem,the "Students' Advisory Group" based on self-learning theory,active exploration and practice,not only the "self-improve employability" concept.build the employability of university students training model more effectively the activities of design and implementation of activities,and effectively improve the college students of "soft power" and "hard power".Of course,both from the training mode,or the reality of the effect of the Students' Advisory Group need to further explore and improve the place,but its efforts to guide students to independent learning,conscious growth and self-development to improve the employability initiative to solve employment problem,which undoubtedly is an experiment and innovation.Based on self-learning theory,the paper builds,explores,practices training mode for employability from the perspective of students "self-improve employability".
