三异辛醇氧基铝水解法制备超细γ-Al_2O_3粉体 被引量:1

γ-Al_2O_3 Superfine Powers Synthesized by Alkoxide Hydrolysis Method with Aluminum Isooctyl Alcohol

摘要 以自制三异辛醇氧基铝为原料,采用醇盐水解法制备γ-Al2O3粉体,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜以及激光粒度分析等手段,着重探讨pH值、分散剂添加量两个工艺条件对最终产物的相组成、结晶形貌以及粉体粒度的影响。结果表明,制备的样品均为立方相γ-Al2O3,无其它杂质相,结晶纯度较高;pH值和分散剂添加量的调整对产物的相组成影响不大,但对结晶强度却有一定的影响;采用醇盐水解法制备的γ-Al2O3超细粉体粒度分布均匀,粒度为1~15μm,pH和分散剂添加量过大或过小均会导致粉体粒度增大。 Using the self-made aluminum isooctyl alcohol as raw materials,γ-Al2O3 superfine powders were prepared by alkoxide hydrolysis method.The powders were characterized by XRD,SEM,laser particle size analysis.The influences of pH,content of dispersant on phase composition,crystal morphology and particle size of powers were discussed.The results show that all the samples are cubic phase γ-Al2O3,which have high crystallization,without other impurity phases.The value of pH and content of dispersant have little influence on phase composition of the products,but effect the crystallization of samples.SEM and laser particle size analysis results indicate that the particle size of γ-Al2O3 reaches nano-micron level,and with a uniform particle size distribution.It is also demonstrated that when pH and content of dispersant were too small are too large,the particle size of powers increases.
