摘要
从品种、施肥、光照、调控措施和烘烤5个方面对烤烟碳氮代谢及其关键酶活性变化的研究进行了综述,重点阐述了其影响碳氮代谢的作用和机理,并对该研究的前景进行展望。
A summary was presented on domestic and international study on carbon and nitrogen metabolism and key enzyme in flue-cured tobacco with an emphasis on five aspects: the varieties,fertilization,illumination,control measures and baking which were the influence factors of carbon and nitrogen metabolism.Its research prospect was also put forward.
