摘要
图书馆员是与读者打交道的职业,然而由于机械重复性的工作内容,低社会认可度和低收入等原因,图书馆员成为职业倦怠的高发人群。文章分析了图书馆员职业倦怠的具体表现和产生的原因,并提出了消除其职业倦怠的对策。
Librarian′s work is to satisfy readers′need.However,due to mechanical repetitive work content,low social recognition,low-income and some other reasons,librarians tend to have occupational fatigue.This essay analyzes the specific performances and causes of occupational fatigue,and then proposes effective measures to eliminate the problem.
